1. Can I shop for myself and for a gift in one transaction?

Yes. You may designate multiple gift recipients during the course of your shopping experience. when adding an item to your basket from the product detail page you can select the item quantity and the gift recipient (yourself or other). If it is a gift for someone else select "gift recipient". You will be prompted to enter the shipping information. the recipient's information will now be stored and appear on the drop down shipping menu for the remainder of your shopping session and checkout.
2. How can I make a change or cancel my order?

To make a change or cancel your order, please contact customer service at 800.471.0352 within 24-hours of placing your order. Once your order begins to process or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or change your order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible.
3. How is sales tax calculated?

3. What are the Cocktail Collection pieces shipping restrictions?
Answer:
Our Cocktail Collection chocolates contain alcohol in excess of 0.05% by weight. Orders may be placed from any state by persons 21 years of age an older. However, local state laws prohibit the shipment of alcoholic products direct to the consumer in many states. We can only ship to states that have statutes permitting the receipt of mail order cocktail collection products by persons 21 years of age or older. We are sorry, but we cannot process orders for cocktail collection chocolates that do not meet these requirements. States that allow shipment of cocktail collection are: AZ, CA, CO,FL, HI, IL, IA, KY, LA, MD, MN, MO, NE, NV, NJ, NY,OR, TX, VA.
4. What is the return policy for ethel's® chocolate lounge products?

If you are not completely satisfied with a item, please return it for an exchange or merchandise credit; a refund check is issued for cash purchases only. You may return merchandise by mail or at any ethel's® chocolate lounge store. For detailed information, see our return policy.
5. What is the shipping process to ensure product freshness?
Answer:
We take the extra steps to guarantee your chocolates arrive in a manner that will ensure food safety and preserve quality. during warm months, and year-round to destinations in southern states, we send your gifts in a special insulated mini-cooler to protect their freshness and exquisite quality. Additionally, we surround each box of chocolates with frozen "cold packs" nestled snugly in packing ready to be whisked to its destination. Upon completion, we add your personal message and seal the box. we attach the shipping label, then ship the box right to the recipient's door. Between our thorough packaging process and 100% unconditional guarantee, you can rest assured your gift recipients will fully appreciate every gift from ethel's® chocolate.
6. What shipping options are available?
Answer:
In response to our customers, we ship year-round - ensuring you and yours a delicious ethel's® chocolate lounge gift when needed. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Standard delivery will arrive within 3-7 business days. Or for more immediate needs, we offer overnight delivery. Plus, we offer saturday delivery where available. Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship products to p.o., a.p.o., a.d., or f.p.o. box addresses. A street address with a rural route box, highway or star route can only be accepted with a phone number. We request phone numbers for all gift recipients to ensure delivery of your gift when intended.
Since we ship perishable items, we select the best shipping available to reach its destination with care. All packages are shipped 2-day service unless otherwise requested. we offer two shipping options:

7. When will my order arrive?
Answer:
We ship year-round with standard delivery arriving within 4-7 business days of ordering. Orders are shipped through a 2-day or overnight service. We are unable to ship items for sunday or monday arrivals. In some areas saturday delivery is available at an additional charge. Deliveries are scheduled from tuesday through friday, excluding carrier service holidays or weather issues.
You may order your chocolates early and use our "future delivery date" option by "changing the date your order arrives". We will make every effort to be sure that they will arrive on or just before the date you select.

ethel's® chocolate products may contain peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat or soy. Although we realize that this may disappoint some of our customers who suffer from peanut allergies or other allergens, the safety and well being of all customers is our top priority.
2. How long will my chocolates last?
Answer:
Each of our pieces is made with 100% pure chocolate passion. You will find one very rare and extraordinary ingredient common to every piece of ethel's® chocolates. All of our products are meant to be consumed fresh. We use only the finest ingredients.
ethel's® chocolates: items are best if consumed within one week of purchase.
Ethel M® Chocolates - Classic Collection: our Ethel M® Classic Collection are best when consumed within two weeks of purchase.
To experience the full impact of our chocolates and their premium flavors, we recommend chocolates be enjoyed and stored at room temperature (65 to 75° f).
Our chocolates may also be refrigerated to preserve freshness. Simply wrap the chocolate in their original packaging and refrigerate at 40 to 45° f. prior to consuming, allow chocolates to return to room temperature to experience the full impact of our unique flavors and textures. We recommend the chocolates be enjoyed within 14-30 days of purchase, even if refrigerated.
It is best to store chocolates away from products with strong odors since chocolate can absorb odors.
